We’ve hit a small snag in transferring points from our old MovieClub system to the new CineStar Loyalty & Rewards program. While we had hoped it would be seamless, a technical hiccup is preventing rewards from carrying over automatically.

But don’t worry — your points aren’t gone.

We’ve saved a secure record of all MovieClub accounts and points. To make sure you get every star you’ve earned, we’ll be handling transfers manually.

First, please make sure that you have created a CineStar Rewards account at any level. Then utilize the form below to send us the following information:

Your Full Name
Your preferred theater location
Your old MovieClub card number
The email address or phone number associated with your new CineStar account
