To Our Valued Guests,
After nearly 25 incredible years, CW Theaters West Melbourne 15 featuring CWX will be closing its doors in early August. As the first location we ever built, this theater has been at the heart of our company since we opened in 2002, and we know it’s been a meaningful part of this community as well.
Over the years, we’ve been proud to drive innovation in the local moviegoing experience. This theater was the first in the area with stadium seating, among the first in the world to present films using DLP digital projection, and later, the first in Brevard to introduce laser projectors and Dolby Atmos immersive sound. It’s been our honor to help raise the bar and share those advancements with you.
Thank you for 2 unforgettable decades of premieres, popcorn, birthdays, milestones, quiet weekday matinees, and countless memories. Your loyalty and support made it all possible.
We’ll be updating this page and social media channels with key dates, FAQs, and details on any final events as we say farewell. Thank you again for being part of our journey. We hope to see you at the movies one last time.

Account Access & Usage FAQ
Yes. You can continue using your CineStar Pass and/or Paid Loyalty & Rewards account through our final day of operation at CWTheaters – West Melbourne on August 7, 2025 .
Your account will remain accessible through August 7, 2025 for ticket booking, rewards redemption, and account history. After that date, accounts will be deactivated, but we will retain limited access for support inquiries.
No. Points can only be earned and redeemed at CWTheaters West Melbourne 15 featuring CWX through August 7, 2025 . We encourage guests to use their rewards before this date, or visit our Vero Beach location, The Majestic 11, to continue earning and spending CineStar points.
Yes. While your CineStar Pass or CineStar Premium subscription will not transfer, your CineStar points balance will remain active and can be used at The Majestic 11 in Vero Beach. Simply provide your CineStar account information at that location when purchasing tickets or concessions.
Billing & Cancellation FAQ
No. All billing will stop before August 8, 2025. If you are on a recurring billing cycle, your last payment should have already occurred or will be prorated if needed. No charges will be made past our closing date.
Any remaining days or balance after August 7 will be prorated and refunded where applicable.
Will I receive a refund for the remaining balance on my account?
Yes, in most cases. Remaining balances will be automatically refunded based on the time remaining on your membership, pending confirmation from our payment processor.
How will refunds be issued?
Refunds will be automatically applied to the original card of purchase . If this is not possible (e.g., expired card), we will contact you for an alternative method.
Can I manually cancel my account now?
Yes, you may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. However, if you’re planning to use your benefits through August 7, we recommend waiting to ensure you receive any applicable refunds.
Pass Usage FAQ
Can I still book tickets using my CineStar Pass until August 7?
Yes! You can continue to use your CineStar Pass to reserve tickets just as you normally would, through August 7 .
What happens if I have reservations for shows after August 7?
All showtimes at CWTheaters – West Melbourne will end on August 7, 2025. We have no shows scheduled for past this date. If you somehow accidentally book for a later date, our team will reach out or issue a refund automatically.
Will I be able to use my benefits at another CWTheaters location?
Your CineStar points balance will remain available at The Majestic 11 in Vero Beach, where you can continue earning and redeeming points through your CineStar Loyalty & Rewards account. Your CineStar Pass and CineStar Premium subscription will not transfer to other locations however.

Why is West Melbourne no longer accepting CineStar Pass signups?
We’ve disabled new signups at CWTheaters West Melbourne 15 featuring CWX to prevent confusion, since the location is closing soon. This helps ensure no one is charged for a membership they can’t fully use.
Can I transfer my CineStar Subscription to another location?
Unfortunately, subscription transfers between locations are not supported due to differences in regional programming, pricing, and systems.
Are any other locations closing?
No. This change applies only to CWTheaters West Melbourne 15 featuring CWX. All other locations remain open and fully operational.

How do I check my remaining points or benefits?
Log in to your CineStar Loyalty & Rewards account online. You’ll see your current point balance and status on your dashboard.
What happens to my CineStar Rewards and Points if I don’t use them before August 7?
While your CineStar Pass and subscription benefits will expire after August 7, your points will not be lost. Your CineStar points balance will remain active and can be redeemed at The Majestic 11 in Vero Beach. Be sure to provide your account email or phone number at that location to continue accessing your points and rewards.
