CineStar Loyalty & Rewards FAQs
⭐ What is the CineStar Loyalty & Rewards Program?
The CineStar Loyalty & Rewards Program is our BRAND NEW Loyalty Program, and a way of saying
thank you
for choosing us as your go-to movie destination. As a CineStar Member, you earn points on every ticket, snack, and drink you buy — and can redeem those points for free movies, concessions, and exclusive perks. Points cannot be earned or redeemed on purchases of alcoholic beverages.
There are three membership tiers :
1. CineStar Loyalty & Rewards (FREE) – Sign up and start earning points immediately!
2. CineStar Premium Rewards ($14.99 /year) – Unlock more benefits, earn faster, and enjoy deeper discounts.
3. CineStar Pass – Our all-you-can-watch subscription, with the highest level of perks and flexibility.
⭐ How do I join CineStar Loyalty & Rewards?
Joining is easy — and free! You can sign up online by clicking on the CineStar Logo at the top right of every page and follow the prompts to create your account, or in-person at any of our theaters.

⭐ What is the CineStar Pass?
The CineStar Pass is our premium subscription tier for movie lovers who want to see more movies for less.
• CineStar Pass : Up to 3 movies per week
• CineStar Ultimate Pass : Up to 4 movies per week (available during limited times throughout the year )
Both include:
• Free online reservations
• Bonus rewards points
• No blackout dates
• First access to special events
• Discounts on concessions
• Surprise VIP perks and CineStar-exclusive merchandise drops
For convenience, you can add your phone number to your CineStar account — that way, you can simply provide it at the box office or concessions stand to access your membership and earn points.
You can also access a digital version of your CineStar Membership Card by logging into your account:
1. Go to “Membership”
2. Select “Card”
3. Show the digital card when making purchases
No need for a physical card — everything you need is in your pocket!
⭐ How does the points system work?
All tiers (even the free one!) earn CineStar Points with every purchase.
• Points accumulate from tickets, concessions, and online purchases.
• Premium and Pass members earn at an accelerated rate .
Redeem your points for:
• Tickets Vouchers (Can be used on ANY ticket purchase)
• Concession Vouchers (Good for Popcorn, drinks, and snacks)

Exclusive items and rewards
Your account page will show your current points and reward options.
⭐ Can I use my CineStar Pass and still earn points?
Absolutely. CineStar Pass members still earn points on concession purchases , merch , and any add-on tickets . Plus, you get bonus-point events and exclusive member rewards.
⭐ I had a MovieClub Card. Can I transfer my old rewards?
Not yet — but soon! We’re working hard to roll out a way for MovieClub members to transfer their old MovieClub rewards into the new CineStar system. Stay tuned for announcements via email and on our website once this feature goes live.
⭐ Can I merge or manage family accounts?
At this time, CineStar accounts are individual and cannot be merged. You can choose to use a single account for all your purchases to accumulate rewards faster, or maintain separate accounts allowing each person to receive personalized offers, curated content, and unique specials.
Add your Friend's CineStar account to your account so you can book together, and never get split across different seats, all without sharing a membership!
⭐ Is Super Tuesday becoming part of the CineStar Rewards program?
Yes. Our Super Tuesday Ticket & Concession discounts will be part of our CineStar Loyalty & Rewards program going forward. A valid account (available for free) will be necessary to continue to receive this benefit.
⭐ Is there a mobile app?
A dedicated CineStar mobile app is in development! Until then, you can manage your account, track points, and redeem rewards online.
